2024 $1 Million Florida Derby enroute to Kentucky Derby

The $1 Million Dollar Florida Derby will be run on Saturday, March 30^th at Gulfstream Racetrack. Significant points will be awarded to contestants of the “Win and You’re In” 1-1/8^th mile competition. Three of the finishers may secure eligibility to run in the 150^th Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 4^th at Churchill Downs. We spoke to several seasoned trainers about this important qualifying race.
